The Huntsville police officer accused of taking money to make a drug charge disappearance will be back in court next month.
A judge set an arraignment date for Lewis Hall for Jan. 15.
Hall is charged with conspiracy, bribery, obstruction of justice and making a false statement.
Investigators say he offered a fellow officer 5-thousand dollars to claim a vehicle search that led to drug charges was unlawful, which would have invalidated the charges.
